Welcome to Poke & Sons, where our vision is to redefine the fast casual dining experience by embracing high quality products and aesthetics to an affordable price.

We deep dive into the wonderful
world of food and ingredients
while thinking of our sustainability

We make a lot selective choices when we create our dishes and carefully picking our suppliers. We do our best to use nordic produce and organic Lemonades. The fish comes from the nordic regions instead of the pacific and we are choosing NOT to serve avocados from Mexico that causes deforestation or Mangos from the Philipines. Small steps in our journey to become a more sustainable restaurant operator and a happier server of great food.

We are proud to be the newest addition to the foodie scene in Copenhagen, and our passion lies in crafting delicious dishes with a nordic local twist spiced up with the rich tastes of asia.

Fast food casual dining – that´s the future.

Estethics in our restaurants with danish furniture design classics, your dish is served in a colourful bowl, not in a paper tray and minimizing single use plastic in both inhouse dining. We work hard to optimize our take away packaging so all our deliveries will become sustainable.
