We would love to believe that by combining some of the great tastes and products out of Asia with the aesthetics of Danish design with our efficiency, we are offering a brand new affordable dining experience.
We are true to the fast foods excellence in efficiency and consistent standards while serving our food in a way that you recognise from your full service restaurant experience.
Pretty colored and nutritious foods, looking great – tasting better and served fast and efficiently at your favorite table that is our service promise to you as our guest.
Our restaurants are equipped with lamps from the world renowned Danish designer Verner Panton, chairs are coming in from Børge Mogensen and Hay, Danish design classics from the 50´s, good for your eyes and for the overall Poke & Sons experience we are eager to deliver to you. Why can’t fast casual dining not look and feel great?
Being perfect in the food industry is almost impossible but we are making choices, most of our meats are regional, many vegetables the same, some not. Our salmon and snow crab are Norwegian, our tuna is not. The carrot and pumpkin puree is local and we made a decision not to import avocados.
Our lemonades are Danish and organic, the wines are French and so we can continue. We try to make good choices for you and the planet and hopefully we get better all the time. It’s all about balance between taste, transport and your pocket at the end of the day.
