“We are super proud that Sundt has chosen Poke & Sons as restaurateur in the best location in the iconic SUNDT department store”, says Thomas Westergaard, Founder. With two restaurants in operation in Copenhagen, combined with my experience from many years in the industry in Norway, it was a great desire for us to establish the concept in Bergen.

Being able to enter Sundt with a dream location on the 2nd floor, with wonderful window surfaces facing the cityscape, and the being able to collaborate with local businesses and suppliers in Bergen is something we are really looking forward to. Here we will achieve a nice symbiosis between the international we stand for, together with local suppliers.
Part of the restaurant on the 2nd floor at SUNDT will be built as a Bao bar where we specialise in serving Bao Buns with Norwegian ingredients with Asian flavours, dips and sauces, this is something we think will be well received in the Bergen market, says Westergaard.
