Situated in the warehouse of SUNDT, Bergen will open its doors at the start of 2025, offering an inspiring and inviting universe inspired by Asian cuisine.
A Versatile Kitchen with Minimal Preparation
As part of our crew, you’ll help ensure our guests enjoy a sublime food and service experience. You’ll serve poke bowls, bao buns, dumplings, miso soup, lemonade, and much more, all presented in an appetising way. Guests can also customise their bowls to suit a variety of tastes and preferences.
In addition to serving guests, you’ll take care of other tasks, including keeping the restaurant tidy, clean, and welcoming. Your working hours will align with the opening hours, which are between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
No Educational or Work Experience Required…
… as long as you’re reliable, trustworthy, and take pride in delivering a great experience to both customers and colleagues – every time. Naturally, you understand the importance of good hygiene since we work with food. If you’ve worked in fast food, a café, or a restaurant before, that’s a plus but not a requirement.

We are now opening our third restaurant, this time in Bergen, Norway. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Supervisor to take responsibility for their “own” restaurant. Are you interested in working for a fantastic brand inspired by Asian cuisine, grounded in solid values?
A UNIQUE FOOD CONCEPT
In 2023, we opened the doors to an inspiring and inviting space in Copenhagen, offering an Asian-inspired universe with poke bowls and bao buns in stylish surroundings. At the start of 2024, we opened the next restaurant in Copenhagen. By 2025, we are expanding the concept with six new restaurants, including five in the Copenhagen area and, uniquely, one in Bergen, located in the SUNDT department store.
A VERSATILE KITCHEN WITH MINIMAL PREPARATION
As part of our team, you’ll help ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional dining and service experience. You’ll serve dishes like poke bowls, bao buns, dumplings, miso soup, ramen, sticks, lemonade, and much more, all presented in an appetising way.
YOU ARE, ABOVE ALL, AN INSPIRING PRESENCE…
In addition to serving guests, you’ll take on tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating schedules, reconciling accounts, adhering to hygiene standards, and more. Your working hours will align with our opening hours, which are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
We imagine you have experience in a similar restaurant or fast-food environment, are used to leading others, and are structured, keeping a cool head during busy periods while inspiring those around you with your positive attitude.
If you have career ambitions, they align perfectly with our goal of opening 15 restaurants in the next two years. The opportunities will be plentiful.
