If you order delivery through Wolt or Uber Eats, you also enter into an agreement with the relevant platform, and their terms and conditions apply to the delivery itself.<\/p><p>The terms and conditions are written for consumers. The prices on the website are indicative - the applicable prices are those that appear on the menu in the restaurant and in the ordering system at the time of ordering.<\/p><p>Payment for pick-up is made at the restaurant or in the ordering system you use. If you order delivery via Wolt or Uber Eats, you pay the platform according to their terms. Payment for catering is agreed in writing when we confirm your order.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phsh04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"phsh04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"sec-afhentning\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ordering and pickup<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phst04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"phst04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>You order for pickup in our ordering system or directly in the restaurant. Your order is binding once it has been completed and confirmed.<\/p><p>The food is ready for collection during the restaurant&#039;s opening hours at the time stated when ordering. As the food is prepared fresh, we cannot accept cancellations once preparation has begun. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phsh05 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"phsh05\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"sec-levering\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Delivery via Wolt and Uber Eats<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phst05 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"phst05\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We do not deliver ourselves. Delivery is handled by Wolt and Uber Eats, which determine the delivery area, delivery time, delivery fee and any minimum amounts.<\/p><p>Complaints about the delivery itself \u2013 for example, a delay, or an order that has not arrived \u2013 should be directed to the platform you ordered from, as they are responsible for the transport. You will receive a confirmation by email, and the reservation is valid once the confirmation has been sent.<\/p><p>You can view or cancel your reservation via the link in your confirmation or by contacting the restaurant. If you are running late, we would appreciate a message so we can hold the table for you.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phsh07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"phsh07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"sec-catering\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Catering<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phst07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"phst07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Catering is ordered as an inquiry via the form on the website. An inquiry is not a binding order \u2013 the agreement is concluded when we have confirmed it in writing with dishes, quantity, price, delivery time and delivery address.<\/p><p>For bowls, a minimum of 30 portions applies, and the number is ordered in intervals of 10. For buffets, a minimum of 30 guests applies. If we deliver in reusable packaging, a deposit of DKK 500 is charged, which is fully refunded when the packaging is returned in perfect condition - regardless of whether the order has otherwise been changed or canceled.<\/p><h3>Order deadline<\/h3><p>Catering orders must be placed no later than <strong>5 weekdays<\/strong> before the delivery date. If you need something faster, please contact us \u2013 we will help if we can.<\/p><h3>Changes in number<\/h3><p>You can change the number of servings or guests until <strong>5 weekdays<\/strong> before delivery, at 12:00. We will then invoice the quantity that has been confirmed, as we have purchased raw materials for the order at that time.<\/p><h3>Cancellation<\/h3><p>Cancellation must be made in writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@pokeandsons.com\">info@pokeandsons.com<\/a>. We calculate a fee based on how close to the delivery date the cancellation is made:<\/p><ul><li><strong>More than 10 business days before<\/strong> \u2013 free cancellation.<\/li><li><strong>5\u201310 business days before<\/strong> \u2013 50 % of the order value.<\/li><li><strong>Less than 5 business days before<\/strong> \u2013 100 % of the order value, as the raw materials have been purchased and production planned.<\/li><\/ul><p>If an event is canceled for reasons beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible - we will find a solution where we can, for example by moving the order to another date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phsh08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"phsh08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"sec-fortrydelse\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phst08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"phst08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>There is no right of withdrawal on food and drinks from Poke &amp; Sons. This follows from the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, which exempts perishable foods as well as restaurant and catering services that must be delivered on a specific date or within a specific period of time.<\/p><p>This means that a placed and confirmed order cannot be cancelled under the normal 14-day rules. This does not change your rights if there is something wrong with what you have received \u2013 see the section on complaints.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phsh09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"phsh09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"sec-reklamation\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Complaints and errors in your order<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-phst09 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"phst09\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If there is something wrong with your food \u2013 a missing dish, an incorrect dish or an item that is not in order \u2013 please contact us as soon as possible and preferably the same day so that we can help. If we have delivered incorrectly, you will either get a new dish or your money back.
